Episode 2: Waking Up
At the beginning of the chapter, you will have to follow Jessee through the town. You will come to a four-way intersection and on your right you will see the Copper Peak Inn tavern. There is a dog outside that you can pet. On the porch that is diagonally opposite the tavern, continue to the left. There, on a bulletin board, you will find this letter.
The Keene Twins
After your bar meet, turn to find this card on a barrel next to the dart board.
Chapter 4: Patrol
The first card appears when the chapter has advanced about a third. After the first surveillance post, Dina will point to a group of houses. Dismount from the horse and head to the house on the right. You will know that it is the right house if you have to climb a van to the ceiling to enter the room. Once inside, head to the closet; the letter will be on a shelf.
Later in this chapter, you will automatically get a firefly pendant. Then he enters the room, but instead of following Dina, he goes directly behind the counter. Slightly to your left, in a side room, this card will be waiting for you on a table.
Chapter 8: The gate

The Starfire Kids
Continue ahead with Dina on horseback and you will come to a brushy road. Stay on the road, but stop just before the Seattle exit sign. On the left you will see a trailer from a construction company where you will see this card hanging on a notice board.
Later you will have to climb a wall to open a door for Dina. Follow the main path and you will reach a staircase inside a watchtower that leads down (you will see it directly in front of you). Instead of going down that ladder, turn around and look for the ladder that goes up. Go up there and you will find this card, plus an artifact and five parts, all on a table.
There will come a time when you have to turn on a generator and connect power to a door. Instead, grab the yellow wire and run it over the construction next to the generator. Run to the other side or open the nearby door and use the cable to climb the construction. On the ceiling you will find various things, including this letter.
Chapter 9: Downtown
This chapter is a great open world section and the order in which you look for the cards will be entirely up to you. For this one, go to the building at the corner of Marion Street and Sixth Avenue. Go up the stairs and head to the balcony that is right in front of you (after this the stairs are broken). Jump to the right, to another balcony, and you will find a path that leads to the top of the destroyed structure. Once there, you will see this letter on the ground.
Between Fifth and Sixth Avenue you will find the Valiant music store. Enter in front and you will find this letter behind the counter, in a drawer.
On Madison Street, between Fourth and Fifth Avenue, you will find the Gate West 2 checkpoint. Go through the opening in the outer door and look for a safe on the right hand side. The combination is 04-51. Inside you will find various parts and supplements, in addition to this letter.
Proceed down Fifth Avenue until you reach the intersection with Spring Street. In the corner on the right hand side is a cafeteria with several “wanted” signs posted on the windows. Break a window to enter the premises. You will find this letter in a drawer behind the counter.
Know It All
Keep going until you reach the Hotel Serevena (on the map you will see it marked “WLF?”). Enter and go up to the second room. You will find this letter on a nightstand.
Chapter 10: Eastbrook Elementary
